Giving Feedback

Do you find it hard to give negative feedback, and so avoid it? Or do you give feedback then find that employees don't take it well? Different styles are useful in different situations, but it is helpful to be able to adapt your style when you're not getting the results you want. This seminar will give you information about your personal style. It will also teach you skills for doing something different when "something different" is what the situation calls for.

  - Learn about the five styles of conflict through a self-assessment   test
- Learn what distinguishes assertive behavior
- Learn assertive communication skills for difficult supervisor-  employee situations:
  - saying "No"
- giving negative feedback
- responding to negative feedback
