The Windhorse Institute for Conflict Resolution was founded in 2000. Our mission is to teach people how to communicate in ways that promote understanding, empowerment, and healing. Nation-wide clients range from a large military organization to individuals seeking assistance with their communication patterns.
The founding director of The Windhorse Institute is Trime ("Tree-may") Persinger. Trime has a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of British Columbia, and has been certified as a Level II Mediator with the Fraser Region Community Justice Initiatives Association. She has a Master of Science in Business Administration. Trime's strengths lie in her directness, her warmth, and her ability to bring out the best in others.
